Q. How do I make purchases on this site?

 

1. Click “Add to Cart” button for the corresponding products you wish to purchase.

2. Click “Continue Shopping” , if you want to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with the payment process for the purchases.

3. You'll reach a login page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet,

    you will be required to register an account  before you can proceed with your payment.

4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address at the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next” button.

5. From here, please select your shipping methods and  then click “Next” button.

6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method and then click “Next” button.

7. After completing the steps above, you are required to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.

8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

Q. What are the payment methods available?

After you had made the payment, please send us the payment details with your order number to online@everestdental.com.my or WhatsApp us at 6013-255 1828.

Note: Your order(s) shipment will only commence, upon the confirmation of the payment received.

 

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

 

Log-in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

 

1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email address that was used to register the account previously.

2. Click Submit.

3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status

 

- Please send us an email to our customers service email at online@everestdental.com.my, with the message title “Request to cancel order”.  

- Orders that had already shipped out will not be cancelled.
 

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

 

- All transactions are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia currency.

 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

 

- Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 5 days.
